Plenty Of Power: The Champion 4000 has a 224cc engine with a starting wattage of 4,000. This generator can power up your freezer, refrigerator, televisions, and lights with plenty of power to spare. It’s perfect to use as a backup power source during outages.
Quiet Technology: Anyone that has used, at the minimum, a 3,500-watt generator knows how noisy they can get. Champion’s open-frame inverted design in this model produces 64 dB. When compared to other models with the same power production, the noise level is reduced by half. To put the noise level into perspective, a whisper is 30 dB, and a normal conversation is about 60 dB. The noise produced by this generator won’t hinder ongoing activities in any way, which makes this low-noise generator great for camping and tailgating.
Pros
- A 224cc engine that has a start production of 4,000 watts is enough power for RVs, camping outdoors, and as a backup power source at home
- Low noise production at just 64 dB sound
- Long runtime, up to 12 hours at 50%
- Wheels and handle make it easy to move around
- Economy mode conserves energy

5. Champion 2000 Watt Inverter Generator
Since it’s so compact, let’s start with its bigger components, like the fuel tank. The Champion 2,000-Watt Inverter Generator boasts a one-gallon (3.78-liter) gasoline tank. It will run for a longer period compared to contemporary brands in its class.
You can keep it running for up to 9.5 hours on a full tank. What's more, you can activate Economy Mode, a smart technology that detects when there is a drop in power need and automatically reduces the engine rev speed to conserve fuel.
This feature can add up to some impressive savings in fuel costs over time.

- Ultra-quiet operation at a mere 53.0 dBA
- CARB compliant unit and EPA certified
- Clean power so you can plug in your sensitive electronics with confidence
- Portable and lightweight at less than 50 pounds

Both a convenient electric start and a recoil start come standard. That way, you get the convenience of an electric start and recoil as a backup for added peace of mind. It even has technology designed to make starting the generator in cold conditions easier and faster, so you don't have to freeze while trying to get a stubborn generator running.
The Champion 3400 Dual Fuel Portable Generator is more compact and includes more varied, protected hookups than many comparable generators. The trade-off is a much smaller tank size. Its output quality is similar to other generators, but its run time is shorter.
